HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
To find the products you are looking for you can either: click on the specific departments on the left-hand side of the screen, browse our products by brand, or use the product search facility at the top of each page.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock you will see a message saying: ‘Sorry, sold out!’ and you won't be able to add it to your shopping basket. If you want to receive a notification when the item is back in stock you can sign up for this service with your email address. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Making a purchase is easy. Just select the size, colour and quantity of the items you require and click on the 'add to cart' icon. When you have finished shopping, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and go through to the checkout.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MY SHINY SHOP ACCEPT?
We accept Visa Credit, Mastercard, Visa Delta/ Debit, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT MY SHINY SHOP?
We take your security very seriously and My Shiny Shop is completely secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using SagePay (http://www.sagepay.com/), a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At My Shiny Shop we don't hold your credit card details on the website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, My Shiny Shop uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We'll send you a second email to let you know we've dispatched the order.
WHERE DOES MY SHINY SHOP DELIVER TO?
My Shiny Shop delivers to the United Kingdom. We can also deliver your orders around the rest of the world. You can find the times and costs of delivery to a specific country on the 'Delivery & Returns' page or you can contact Customer Services at hello@myshinyshop.com.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
If you want to arrange for your items to be delivered to more than one address please call Customer Services on +49 (0) 1741718005 and they will be able to help you.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
Deliveries within the United Kingdom will be sent out the same day if ordered by midday. We will do our best to send out orders placed after this time the same day, however this is not guaranteed. Standard Delivery is 3-5 days. We also offer a next day service. For urgent orders please contact Customer Services at hello@myshinyshop.com.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

HOW CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?
All items are tissue wrapped and placed within a silver postage bag. We offer a free gift wrapping sevice. You can chose your favourite paper and add a handwritten gift message. You can find more information on the 'Gift Wrapping' page or you can contact Customer Services at hello@myshinyshop.com.
HOW ARE DUTIES AND TAXES CALCULATED?
Prices on the website include all taxes applicable in the UK at the time of payment.
