If something isn’t quite right, you can of course return your items.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Pack your items
- ideally in the original packaging
- securely packed to avoid any damage
Send your return
Please send the parcel back to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are a small, family-run business and aim to keep our pricing fair and sustainable for everyone.
Important notes
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition
- Please avoid any damage or soiling
- Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.
Processing usually takes just a few days.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally with photos) so we can find a quick solution.
International returns
For returns from outside Germany, higher shipping costs may apply.
Please note that customs duties and import fees cannot be refunded.
