Payment options
We offer the following payment options. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE (bank transfer)
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount of your order to this account. Please be sure to include your order number in the transfer. As soon as your payment has been credited to our account, your goods will be dispatched. Please note that depending on your bank the transfer may take between 2-4 working days.
PAYPAL
Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, you can choose the secure PayPal payment method on the payment and shipping methods page. After confirming your details, you will be redirected to PayPal via a secure connection. Log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password and confirm the payment by clicking on it. PayPal will now transfer the money from your PayPal account to the merchant's account - as fast as sending an email. There is no need to wait for your payment to be processed, and all items in stock can be shipped immediately. Of course, you are also protected by PayPal's buyer protection.
CREDIT CARD
Once you have made a purchase, your payment details are automatically sent to our credit card payment provider, PayPal. Your credit card details are requested via a secure connection. We do not have access to your credit card information. Your credit card will be charged after the purchase. We will then begin preparing your order for shipment as soon as possible.
PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT WITH RATEPAY/ PAYPAL
After selecting this payment method, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you will be asked to enter or complete the buyer's contact details. You will also be asked to agree to a credit check by PayPal. Ratepay will perform an identity and credit check on the customer on its own behalf as soon as the customer chooses to purchase on account. If Ratepay decides that a customer does not qualify for purchase on account, a rejection message will be immediately displayed to the customer. In this case, no Ratepay invoice contract will be concluded.
After successful verification, you will be returned to My Shiny Shop and can complete the order with costs.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to buy with PayPal Plus.
On the invoice included with your order, you will find the PayPal bank details for payment with a payment period of approximately 4 weeks.
Payments should ONLY be made to the PayPal account! Payments to MY SHINY SHOP are NOT taken into account by PayPal for this purpose and may therefore lead to a delay in payment.

PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT
After completing your order, you will be taken to an external page of our payment provider PayPal. There you can simply enter your bank details. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be opened. The collection will be done by PayPal. With this payment method, there are no additional costs for My Shiny Shop or the payment service provider, except for exchange fees for other currencies in EUR.
