Maintenance and care:
Untreated wood must be treated with a wood preservative suitable for children's toys before first use. MUDDY BUDDY® outdoor products are made from high quality, sustainable cypress wood. Wood is a natural material that can have variations in colour, grain and knotholes. This is not a quality defect. Changes in shape and drying cracks/openings (joints, cracks) may occur, particularly in the longitudinal direction and after prolonged periods of heat/humidity. The products must not be permanently exposed to sunlight and/or moisture. The wood must always be thoroughly dried immediately after use to prevent waterlogging, swelling and mould stains.
