A sandpit makes children's hearts leap for joy! Little ones learn about the world as they scoop, dig, sift and bake. If there is not enough space for a sandpit, the MUDDY BUDDY® Space Saver sandpit is the ideal choice for the digging fun.
Made from solid cypress wood, the compact MUDDY BUDDY® sandpit is full of practical ideas and comes with all the features the larger sandpits have as well. The Space Saver sandpit is divided into three sections. In the middle is a large container for sand. On the right is an integrated plastic tub that can be filled with water or sand. Perfect for messy play or to build elaborate sandcastles.
Storage space for toys is also included. The MUDDY BUDDY® Space Saver has a storage compartment with a removable lid on the left side. The compartment provides space for sand toys. When the lid is closed, this section can also be used as a seat.
The MUDDY BUDDY® sandbox is made from sustainable FSC® certified wood. The FSC® system sets a global standard for sustainable forest management, ensuring that forests are used in a way that meets environmental, economic and social requirements.

The MUDDY BUDDY® Space Saver fits perfectly on the balcony, but of course also in the garden or on the patio. To keep weeds and insects out of the sandbox, a sandbox fleece is included.

Maintenance and care:
Wood must be treated at least once a year with a wood preservative suitable for children's toys, depending on weather conditions. Check the screws regularly and tighten if necessary. We recommend that you store the product in a dry place if it is not going to be used for a long period of time (especially in winter). This will prolong the life of the MUDDY BUDDY® products.
Notes on materials:
MUDDY BUDDY® outdoor products are made from high quality, sustainable cypress wood. Wood is a natural material that can show variations in colour, grain and knotholes. This is not a quality defect. Shape changes and drying cracks/openings (joints, cracks) may occur, especially in the longitudinal direction and after prolonged periods of heat/humidity. Do not expose the products to prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or moisture. Always dry the wood well and immediately to avoid dampness, swelling and mould stains.
